Rockwood Park Apartments once struggled with messy trash areas as garbage littered the ground due to overflowing containers and illegal dumping. This uncleanliness not only detracted from its visual appeal, but created an unsafe environment, especially for children. Cleaning these dumpster areas became extremely time consuming for their maintenance staff, interrupting their work flow. "We were spending an hour and a half daily [managing our trash]."
After hearing about our services from another nearby community, Nicholas Rowe contacted us. Within two days we began servicing Rockwood Park, freeing their maintenance staff and maintaining a clean environment at no cost. Since 2001, we have managed their garbage on-site to reduce overflow through recycling recovery and daily garbage management.
