Apartment communities frequently deal with bulk items such as furniture and appliances around their trash areas. Much of this comes from illegal drive by dumps or from residents as they move out of the community. This not only creates an eye-sore but also frequently obstructs the garbage hauler's ability to dump the garbage containers. Willowbrook Apartments was no exception to this. Manager Susan Lane, continually requested their garbage hauler to remove these items, costing the community upwards of double what we charge. She relied on prompt service as these items detracted from the community's curbside appeal and frequently obstructed residents from effectively using trash containers.
We approached Willowbrook Apartments in 2003 and began recovering misplaced recyclables and managing garbage areas six days a week. In addition, we removed unsightly bulk items at a competitive rate. Susan has been pleased ever since, "[...they] save me money on my budget and my property looks great." We are able to provide prompt, affordable removal as we service the property on a daily basis. Rather than simply dumping these collections into the landfill, we recycle or donate to local nonprofits whenever possible.
