Waste Recovery Systems is the most wonderful vendor we have. Since Jim Hoover from Waste Recovery Systems came to see me I have been amazed at how tidy his crew has kept our dumpster areas. Since the day I took over this property seven years ago some dumpsters were over flowing three days after they have been emptied and have to be dumped twice a week. Not anymore. Now Kevin and Jose come every day but Sunday to pull out cardboard, milk jugs, and anything that is recyclable to put in my recycling bins. They also will pick up car parts, furniture, appliances, etc. from around the dumpsters and they haul it away. They check in with me and make sure everything is OK on a weekly basis and are very friendly guys.
This service is definitely going to save me money on my budget and my property looks great. My thanks to Jim, Kevin, and Jose for a wonderful job well done. By the way, most people wouldn't even consider doing the job these guys do and they do it with a smile. I have also had a few tenants that have made comments about how clean the dumpster areas are, too.
