I manage an apartment community of 144 units. On my property, I have six dumpster areas, three of those with recycling. My residents love the service they provide as does my staff. We no longer have to clean out recycle bins and remove recycling from the dumpsters to put it in their appropriate containers. WRS has done this for us. As a manager with a budget, I no longer have to employ someone to manage garbage for me which saves me insurance premiums and salary concerns. I am also currently able to catch illegal garbage dumpers and charge them for theft of service.
