There have been major improvements in our large community since we have had the service of WRS. We have a very high turnover as we have 460 units, so naturally when residents move-in and move-out, there is a build-up of boxes, abandoned furniture, and excess garbage in general. But with the outstanding service provided to us by WRS our curb appeal has been easier to keep up. A burden on our maintenance staff has been lifted and our garbage areas are safer and much easier to look at.
Before we just had the recycling bins, but now even if the residents put something in the trash by error, it gets recycled. Since we have began using their services, we have not had to rent an extra dumpster, which not only was a financial blow, but it also cost us in manpower. We are able to keep up and actually get ahead on our maintenance turn schedule now that we have the daily reliable assistance from WRS.
