Waste Recovery Systems currently services several of our multifamily apartment communities in Salem and other cities. I have been extremely satisfied with the services provided by WRS. First Premier Properties, Inc. is very conscience of costs and environmental concerns. Even though we are very proactive with our residents on recycling, it seemed that no amount of training at move-in or newsletters were able to maintain recycling at acceptable levels.
