Guardian Management LLC is the largest multifamily housing property management organization in the Portland metro area. We manage and represent 90 apartment communities in this market.
Guardian Management has been working with Waste Recovery Systems since April, 2003. In that time, we have found the company to be professional, fair, customer service-oriented and environmentally responsible. We could not be happier with the service they provide to the multifamily housing industry and to the residents we serve.
WRS cleans and maintains the trash areas at many of our apartment properties. There has been a big increase in recycling due to daily service of the removing of cardboard and other recyclables that have been improperly placed in trash containers.
Recycling areas are much cleaner since this service has been in place. Before hiring WRS, our trash areas were unsightly. Recycling has increase at our properties, trash service has been maintained at a more proper volume, excess debris such as furniture, appliances, tires and other abandoned items outside the trash enclosures are removed promptly and cost effectively. Trash collection companies providing a service that our apartment properties would not ordinarily be able to afford. Our site staff are not equipped to do the work WRS performs so well.
